Pembroke Pines is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pembroke Pines follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

1st time going and won't be the last, really enjoyed the food, atmosphere & service (Carlos was pretty quick & efficient) Apple Fritter French toast is a must!! Freaking Delicious & i wasn't a big fan of the Biscuits & Gravy (because I'm use to the biscuit swimming in gravy) but don't get me wrong it was delicious, only thing I didn't eat was the sausage! Good idea for a nice breakfast date & I was suprised on the price, expected to spend more but it was reasonable! A must try if you haven't been!!

This was my first time visiting and trying the food. We were greated by a energetic host and seated immediately. Our waitress, Blanca, created us and made sure we received our drinks. The dishes were clean and the wait time was minimal. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. My husband would have liked more food but he is a big eater. I enjoyed their food options and plan to try something new when I return.

The food is good as always but I want to highlight my server. Priscilla is one of the best if not the best server Iβve encountered in a restaurant. Her communication skills are outstanding! Most servers are nice and try to give you the best experience but a lot of times when they have other tables to tend to, they donβt tell you and you may end up sitting for a few minutes waiting on your server to come back. Priscilla communicated that she had several tables waiting on her after taking our orders which made the wait a lot better because we knew that she was busy. She came to the table, took the orders, and she made sure the dining experience was what we wanted. Her explanation of the menu and options were above average. In my experience itβs going to be hard to beat this experience! Priscilla, thank you for your service! I see a great future for you with customer relations! Thank you!

The food was delicious. We got the cinnamon roll French toast which comes with 2 eggs and sausage or bacon, and the hash brown Benedict which comes with either potatoes or grits. Our server, Jojo, was great. She was very attentive, funny, and made some good suggestions. She also let us know that we could get free beignets, which were incredible, since it was our first time there! Would definitely recommend and will be back.
